You Probably Need a New Experience

A rut is a grave with no ends.” - Earl Nightingale

And whether we want to admit it or not, we’ve all been there. We’ve been in places that feel redundant, or in spaces that don’t foster growth. So the question becomes: What do we do when we are in a rut?

My guest on the podcast this week has some serious thoughts to share about this topic. Brian Tome is the lead pastor of Crossroads Church, one of the fastest-growing churches in America. Part of their explosive growth is due to the experiential way they are practicing the faith. From motorcycle rides to man camp, to just challenging others to engage in adventure - they are doing something different.

I want to invite you to listen to my conversation with Brian, which can be found here.

Then, I encourage you to do an inventory of your own life. How is your sense of adventure? Are you in a rut? What about a rut of your faith, or the people closest to you?

Don’t miss this opportunity to bust out of your rut!
