Letting God Sink Inside of You

Friends,

Often times, when I sit down with leaders one of the things I love to hear about is how they connect with God. In my recent conversation with Joshua Gagnon, he alludes to the idea that his number one job is to let God sink inside of him so that he can then let God work through him.

I think in the reactionary world that we live in is that we often want or even expect God to work through us before we have invited God in us. It struck me as odd, that even in my own life I sometimes try to demand something from God when I haven’t given Him the space to work.
