My Word for 2019 is: Disrupt (and why that is different than change).

A couple of years ago my wife and I started developing words for the year. She found the concept on a website that makes bracelets called myintent.org. It resonated with us, and we both enjoyed the intentionality of having something to focus on for the entire year.
